i hope dis is big enuff..haha..anyway,been 2 days in da ward..OMG!!damn fuckin tirin sia..stand all day man..haha..but worth it la..today for da first time i saw my patient smile..man,i felt so damn good coz accordin to da other patients da last time they saw her smile was like 1 week ago..so,haha..imagine sia..

da staff is not bad la..quite nice..willin to teach..so,i think dat would be all since i cant tok too much coz of confidentiality stuff..
